    As I stared at the mirror, I did not feel happy or content with myself. I felt like a plain Jane because of the way that I looked. It seemed that I had let go of so much of myself since I had started campus. With the academic tasks that faced me every week, I began to concentrate on them more than on myself. My friends also started to worry about me, because I looked like a shell of my old self. I was not zealous about anything that I did in both my social life and my academic life.


    In the meantime, they also introduced me to an essay writing online website which would take over my academic tasks. I knew that I had to change the way I was feeling to move forward with my life. My friends also suggested that I had to go and see the doctor so that I could deal with my stress appropriately. They did not want to see me in a depressive state of mind. They suggested that we leave all our academic tasks alone, and go out for social activities. Their intention was to assist me to find a balance in my academic, personal and social life too.
