Fortnite's Meteor kicked Off the Previous Season

  • September 3, 2018

I haven't completely given up on the game, but considering I'll be buying a Sony PS4 after this season, the dearth of cross-progression with Sony is a detriment to really continuing with the seasons. I am not the only one leaving behind past progressions, as whatever rewards I have earned mean little if I can't take them with fortnite traps.

There are two upgrades that mean a lot to some individuals, among which I never seen because my dexterity wasn't as great as the teens wasting me game . That will be the upgrade to the shotgun dynamics, with consistent disperse patterns and also the removal of the ability to be able to fire 1 shotgun, fast switch to another and fire almost immediately. Now there is a delay, however, I was never quick enough to make that movement anyhow. Just like when Ross said Rachel's name at the altar instead of Emily's. My mind just does not work that fast in-game.

Like Ross being basically displaced during part of this season, the storm ring in Fortnite now moves around a bit as it shuts in. It was tough enough trying to reach this circle with players at my back only playing for kills, now it could change whether it shrinks. The middle of storm circles , 8 and 9 will proceed randomly while it shrinks. While this might serve to even the field a little bit, it is still not enough for me to give up the warm and fuzzy 90s nostalgia I get from seeing'Friends'.

Nevertheless, like"The One with All the Resolutions" I really feel like I am making promises I can not keep. All these updates to Fortnite (full list here) are fairly detailed and may be sufficient to finally get me back into the battle. While I'm hoping Sony comes around about the cross-progression, Epic Games is moving ahead quickly with enhancing and optimizing Fortnite, creating something that even us casual players just can not ignore. Plus, I have always wanted to die in the desert.

What Time Does Season 5 Start In'Fortnite: Battle Royale?'

It is almost that time. The sky itself has cracked in  : Battle Royale, More Fortnite News  Epic Games is teasing a stunning map overhaul that appears like it is going to incorporate elements of Western, Viking and American Western culture. The developer was working hard to produce the start of year 5 as cataclysmic as possible, beginning with a rocket launching a little while ago and continuing through a series of rifts that have been both eating parts of the map and spitting out cryptic objects. There's even an ARG that's involved llamas scattered around the world and also a giant Durr Burger head plopped in the center of the California Desert. It all comes to a head with the start of Season 5, but you may be thinking about when, exactly, that's. Here's what time Season 5 will begin in Fortnite: Battle Royale.
